Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. bellancom never takes a percentage of your revenue. You keep 100% of what you sell — we earn from optional paid plans.

What do the paid plans cost?

Growth is $12 per month and Scale is $29 per month. Both are billed monthly with no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time.

Are there any setup fees?

There are no setup fees and no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

What payment methods can my customers use?

Customers can pay with major debit and credit cards as well as popular digital wallets, connected through your own payment account.

Can I sell digital products?

Yes. Digital files, templates, and courses are delivered automatically the moment a customer completes checkout.

How does print on demand work?

Upload your artwork, connect a print partner, and orders are printed and shipped for you. You never hold stock or pack a box yourself.

Can I charge for shipping?

Yes. Set flat rates, free shipping over a threshold, or calculated rates based on weight and destination.

Can I limit how many of an item are sold?

Yes. Set stock counts, mark items as limited editions, and bellancom stops selling once the quantity reaches zero.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on every plan. Connect a domain you already own, or register a new one, and your store will live at your own address with free SSL.

Will my store work on phones?

Every theme is built mobile-first, so product pages and checkout are designed for the screen most of your customers actually use.

Is my store secure?

Stores are served over HTTPS by default, and payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider — card data never touches our servers.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. You can export your products, orders, and customer list at any time, from any plan, with no export fee.
